The rowing stroke is not intuitive

Most athletes approach the erg the same way they first sat on one — pulling with their arms, rushing the recovery, ignoring the drive sequence. Without specific instruction, these habits compound over months and years.

Rewardclaimforge was built to address that gap. Every workshop module focuses on one mechanical element at a time: catch position, leg drive timing, handle path, breathing under load.
